Job Description:

  • Manage Credit & risk for pan India for Home loan, LAP and unsecured loans for affordable housing finance customers.
  • Involve in Policy and Process development and implementation for credit, risk and operations.
  • Manage process for Credit Approvals, front end & back end operations, Controls and Risk management
  • Monitor credit quality of the Loan Book in the portfolio
  • Liaise with clients, externals and internal team ask a subject expert for risk and credit

Job Description:

Build & execute the Sales & Distribution strategy of the Organization across PAN India for affordable home loans & business loans
Build a sustainable & cost-effective business origination /sourcing model to originate good quality portfolio
Lead a tech driven sales vertical focused on sourcing business from direct sources, referrals, developers and DSAs.
Manage the collections part of the business thru FOS and centralized team over a period of time
